Buyers Rebate Program
We represent buyers like you and rebate up to 1.5% of the sales price from our commission. This means if you purchase a home for $1,000,000, your rebate would be $10,000 or $15,000, depending on the service option you select.

We are full service real estate brokers, except that we generally ask sellers to show their own properties or allow us to place a secure lock box on the property to make it accessible to Realtors and their clients.
