Just wanted to let you know how very pleased I am with the way the sale of my condo was handled.

Brooks was key in negotiating the terms which were most favorable and I must say in all the transactions I have been involved in the terms in this deal were by far the best. No appraisal contingency, No loan contingency, 30 day close and passive removal of other contingencies put me in the best possible position. On top of all of this, going over asking price was icing on the cake. I am so happy I came to you to list my place and so very pleased you brought Brooks into the deal.
