My husband and I found Hugh at One Percent Broker after reading reviews online. I couldn’t believe how many amazing reviews there were, as I am sure you can’t believe them either…. BUT DO! He is everything you would ever want in a broker. From the first time I called him on a Sunday afternoon until the close of escrow, he was available, reliable, honest and very informative. We were first time home buyers and he took the time to explain everything to us and never hesitated to repeat things when we were confused. We felt as if we were his only clients because of the care he and attention he gave us. All this is wonderful, but on top of that, he gave us over half his commission! We found our own house online and left all the hassle and paperwork to him, plus got part of his commission (please see their website for more info on this amazing business model)… I am still asking myself how this is possible! You will not be disappointed with Hugh or anyone at One Percent Broker. He deserves, and has earned, every good review out there. Trust me, go with Hugh!
