After trying a few agents in the past and ending up with no house, we found out about One Percent Brokers on Yelp. Although we live a bit farther from their office, that was not a problem. John was our agent and we immediately felt that he is our right man for the job. The first think that sold us on the their service was their quick response. At any time John would respond to any inquiry be it by calling, texting, or e mailing. We were never left without a response which really makes a difference when you need to make a quick decision and need guidance. We were also impressed by John’s negotiation skills, and ability to get us exactly what we want. John walked us through the whole process and made it easy by having us sign everything electronically so that we didn’t have to fax, scan or send any paper work. I was really happy to use a real estate agency that respects my time, and uses current technology to save me time and money. Their rebate policy rivals (and probably beats) any competitor and is unheard of in our area (Ventura County). That helped us reduce closing costs significantly. I would use their services again in a heart beat.
