A discount broker is a licensed Realtor who offers their services at a reduced commission rate compared to traditional real estate brokers. A full-commission Realtor can make up to 3% for only one side of a transaction. We represent our clients for 1% – 1.5% of the sales price.
This can result in significant savings for buyers and sellers, especially in markets with high home prices.
