RJ and I would like to personally thank you for all of your hard work during our home buying process. As you know, we looked for a home for over 6 months. We are very independent people and your business was perfect for us because we were able to look for a home at our pace and then you were there for all of the complex pieces once we found it.
When we finally did find a home, you were so helpful in guiding us through the paperwork and offer process. In our first offer we were put into a multiple counter offer situation, which was very complex and frustrating. With your experience we were able to muddle through, even though we did not end up getting that home. Within weeks we found another home and again, you were so responsive in helping us to formulate a proper offer and work out the details. This time we prevailed and got the home of our dreams. Through the next home buying phase, which was foreign to us, you were with us every step of the way and that was very comforting.
The rebate which we then received at closing was extremely welcome as it covered all of our closing costs. We were extremely happy with the service and attention that you provided to us. During the whole process you were available to us, even late into the evening for questions and advice. We have recommended you to friends and will continue to do so, as we really enjoyed working with you. Best of luck in your future and we will certainly be in touch in our next home buying endeavor.
