We are a network of independent real estate brokers who believe the internet has transformed the real estate industry forever. Shouldn’t Realtors and the commissions we receive evolve too?

There is an important difference between real estate “agents” and “brokers.” Agents are required to work under the supervision of a broker. They often work for large brokerages like Coldwell Banker or Century 21 and share up to 1/2 of their commissions with them.

Each of us is an independent broker with greater expertise, training and experience than a typical agent. A streamlined business model allows us to focus on providing as much value and personal service to our clients as possible. We keep overhead costs low and can thus offer a substantial rebate that would otherwise go to an employing brokerage.

The purchase or sale of a home is not a time to cut corners and our reviews enthusiastically attest that we are committed to representing each client in an exceptional and detail oriented manner.
