I cannot put into words how thankful I am for your professional service and expertise which allowed me to purchase my new home. I really believe, if it were not for your patience and skill in handling every aspect of my home purchasing experience, that I would still be wishing for, instead of, living in my “dream” home. Only now can I truly appreciate how you played the main role in solving every problem that came up in my escrow process. Most of all, I give you all the credit for keeping my loan officer, escrow officer, and seller‘s agent all accountable to their respective duties.
Your expertise in real estate is so well complimented by your calmness. Mostly at times when I thought I was going to emotionally lose it, you made the difference in keeping me focused to obtain the ultimate goal of closing the deal. Further, you made it easy to put my trust in you and made me feel like I was the most important client you have ever had. It was sincerely a pleasure to have you on my side.
