As first-time homebuyers, my husband and I were pretty nervous about all the aspects of buying a home — finding a good agent, identifying the home we wanted to buy, securing a loan, closing escrow, and everything in between. But Alan made the process extremely easy for us. Once we found a home we loved, Alan guided us through the process and was always very responsive to our needs and concerns. He even went the extra mile and worked with our mortgage broker to get our loan closed in a timely fashion, when the lender started dragging their feet. Alan was very friendly and professional, and was always available to answer our questions. And after all the work these guys do for us to get us a great deal on a home we love, they go and split their commission with us! That extra money really goes a long way at closing time. My husband and I have no doubt that we will contact Alan in the future, when we are once again in the market to buy and/or sell a home. Thanks, Alan, for getting us a home we love!
