Alan is a fabulous professional, responsive, experienced, motivated and collaborative agent! You couldn’t ask for more! It was fortunate to have him help us in finding our first home and we couldn’t be more pleased.

Alan is extremely knowledgeable and patient. I remember the first time we met him we were already impressed with his positive attitude, care, and great energy. We had so many questions to ask him and we wanted to know the whole process at once. He was very patient in answering all of our questions. I learned so much from him, he took the time to explain and guide us through each step. He has been with us through every step of this process; he also helped us with contact information for mortgage brokers to inspectors and beyond. Alan made the process very clear and easy. All the paper work can be done by DocuSign on the net which is very convenient. When you are not around your computer you can sign it on your smart phone. Alan always made sure we understood each document and were comfortable with the next step before we sign them.
When we found the house that we absolutely love, he helped us put down the offer right on that day even though it was weekend! The offer package is clearer and convincing.
The most important part is he only get 1% and rebates the rest of buyer’s commission (other agent usually gets 2.5%) from you. We were able to save the rest of the money to pay off the closing costs, which is fantastic.
We closed a few weeks ago! But Alan continued to answer questions and kept in touch to make sure all is well. I cannot say enough good things about him! Trust me; once you meet him you will know what I’m talking about.
