We rebate 1% of the final sales price to your closing costs and/or as a reduction to the purchase agreement price.
Most seller paid commissions are 2.5% of the total sales price. We keep 1.5% as our commission (Minimum – $8,500). We rebate the remaining 1% to you.
This means if you purchase a home for $800,000, your rebate should be $8,000.
If you purchase a home for $650,000, your rebate should be $6,500.
