During my 17 years representing buyers and sellers all over California, my overriding intention has always been to offer as much value and personal service as possible. A streamlined business model allows us to keep overhead costs low and thus offer a substantial rebate, while at the same time focus on representing clients without distraction.
As the term “discount” real estate broker becomes more common, our goal is for clients to conclude that it is only the savings we offer which puts us in this category and not our quality of service. The purchase or sale of a home is not a time to cut corners and we are committed to representing each client in a detail oriented and exceptional manner.
