Types of Sale:

These homes are “For Sale By Owner” (FSBO), with no other Realtor or MLS involved.
We receive a 1% commission for handling the entire transaction.
(Minimum commission – $8,000)

These homes are advertised for sale on the multiple listing Service (MLS).
We rebate 1% of the purchase price to you.
(Minimum commission – $8,500)
