We rebate all of our commission above 1% of the purchase agreement price to you.

We rebate all of our commission above 1.5% of the purchase agreement price to you.
(Minimum commission – $8,500)

We rebate 1% of the final sales price to your closing costs and/or as a reduction to the purchase agreement price. Most seller paid commissions are 2.5% of the total sales price. We keep 1.5% as our commission (Minimum – $8,500). We rebate the remaining 1% to you. This means if you purchase a home for $800,000, your rebate should be $8,000. If you purchase a home for $650,000, your rebate should be $6,500. Our rebate conforms with local, state and federal regulatory guidelines. |

We can cast a wide net to find numerous properties in different areas and with different criteria or we can create a narrow search, with very specific criteria. Or something in between. Every home for sale by a Realtor is on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). We will set up an MLS Portal to enable you to:
Real estate web sites like Zillow and Trulia often have inaccurate and delayed information. The MLS Portal allows you to run your own searches using the real time, accurate, MLS data that is available to Realtors. |
1% Option
Generally selected by investor/developers and experienced buyers who have already found a home they want to purchase.
1.5% Option
Preferred by most clients because they want us to arrange property appointments, provide a comparative market analysis and accompany them at the home inspection. These services are not available with the 1% Option.
Concierge Option
This option is for clients who prefer to have their designated Realtor personally monitor the market, actively search for a home matching their criteria and accompany them to property appointments. Please note that there is no rebate with this option.
NOTE: Buyer representation on “For Sale By Owner,” probate/bankruptcy sales, new construction and multi-unit properties will be represented only under the 1.5% Option or Concierge Option and for any purchase thereafter. Please see our rebate agreement.
