This was our first time buying a house, and it was by all accounts a VERY unconventional short sale. Hugh and Sarah were very patient and coolheaded, and helped us through every step of an increasingly labyrinthine and stress-inducing process. Add to this the money we saved, and I cannot imagine having a better experience. There were many points where this deal could have fallen apart, and in another broker’s hands, it may very well have.

We cannot recommend Hugh and Sarah enough.

Thank you so much for all of your help over the past few months. We feel that this is 100% the right house for us and appreciate the time, patience and attentiveness on your end to get us in there. We are still a little in shock that it all happened so quickly, but very happy with the way it all worked out.
