Working with you has been a pleasure.  Judy and I loved having the ability to do our real estate searches on our own.  Equipped with new listings, with which you provided us daily, and your expertise, we managed to find and purchase our beautiful new home.  The entire process, as well as the outcome, was wonderful due to you.  We can’t thank you enough for your time and your most valuable assistance.

And last, but certainly not least, the rebate you credited to us within escrow of $13,000+ was indeed a wonderful gift.  The money will certainly be put to good use in our new home.
