Open House Information
Most Realtors® hold an open house shortly after listing a home for sale. Our service relies on clients attending open houses, which usually occur one day during the week between 11 – 2 PM (days vary by area) and Sunday from 1 – 4 PM. (Some occur on Saturday as well.)
Weekday Open Houses: Visiting these Realtor® Open Houses is a great way to gain early access to properties. Once you sign up for an automated property search, you will receive Open House notifications by email. Be sure your junk mail filter allows emails from openhouses@onepercentbroker.com.
Weekend Open Houses: The two sites below are an excellent way to learn about open houses in the Greater LA Area. If you are outside this area, check the website for the large newspaper in your city.
TheMLS.com – This Multiple Listing Service shows weekend open houses in the Greater LA Area and beyond.
Openhouses.com – This site is owned by the LA Times.
NOTE: To protect your rebate and ensure that we can represent you on a home purchase, it is important that the seller’s Realtor® holding the open house not believe they are the “procuring cause” of your eventual offer on a property. This can be easily resolved by informing the Realtor® that you are already represented by an “independent broker”. We’ll even send you some Savanna Real Estate (our in-house, full service brokerage) business cards to avoid any bias that “traditional” agents may have against us (and you) for the rebate we offer.
