While searching the MLS, you will come across two kinds of foreclosures:

Pre-Foreclosure - This means that the owners are behind on their payment to the bank, but the house is not necessarily for sale. You may need to contact an owner directly to determine their interest in selling. We will assist you on this type of purchase AFTER you speak with the owner to determine if the home is for sale.

Bank/lender owned - Information on these homes is not always up-to-date. If you see one of these properties somewhere, let us know and we will check if it is listed on the MLS.
