We’ve used One Percent Broker as both buyers and sellers and they were absolutely phenomenal. We’ve worked with numerous “full service” real estate agents in the past and ironically, the attention and care Hugh and Marie provided far surpassed our previous experiences. They were extremely helpful, knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and reachable; a quality we quickly found to be paramount.

Buying and selling property inevitably gets stressful and they were there for us every step of the way. The quality service aside, One Percent Broker enabled us to save thousands of dollars. Their discount covered the majority of our closing costs when we bought and lowered the commissions we paid out considerably in selling. Hugh and Marie simplify a complicated process. We wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again. Why anyone would choose not to save money and receive inferior service is beyond me!
