One Percent Broker, through Hugh and one of his associates, sold our condo during a volatile time in the market and helped us buy our current home in which we’ve been living for 5+ years. If we were to sell and buy again, we would certainly use One Percent Broker again, because they are professional, experienced, very knowledgeable regarding West LA (among other areas), and of course, they are an excellent value. In today’s internet age of real estate, it makes ABSOLUTELY NO SENSE paying a 2.5 or 3.0 percent broker fee!
